NLMK’s Zhernovskoye black coal deposit development project (Kemerovo Region) is to be submitted for approval to Chief Governmental Inspection.
At the same time, the Company lays ground for construction of a concentrator plant of 4.5-m-t annual capacity, to be launched in 2014.
