NMDC, an Indian iron ore producer, negotiates with Severstal’ coking coal deliveries for its second steel plant in India, Swaminathan Thiagarajan (NMDC, CFO) says.
NMDC also expects to set up a joint-venture by August, to construct another 2 to 5-m-t-per-year steel-making plant.
